Text2Join allows customers to join a loyalty program instantly by texting a short phrase created by the business owner.
Most businesses use a nickname or other meaningful word without special characters. For example, the customer simply texts the phrase, “COLORS” to IndigoCCR’s short code: 45791. The system responds with a message welcoming the customer to your rewards program.
Text2Join makes it easy to enroll customers through social media and store signage. Customers can join while waiting in line or from anywhere at any time without assistance from the business. This makes it ideal for establishments that use a POS without a customer-facing screen (restaurants with servers or Clover Flex). There is a zero chance of data entry errors since it’s sent from the participant’s phone number.
You can access Text2Join settings through the “Admin” tab in your Mystore account or through the Setup Dashboard.
