Our team can convert your customer database from your previous rewards program to your IndigoCCR account free of charge. All you need to do is send a file with the following data to support@indigoccr.com:

  1. Phone Number
  2. Email Address
  3. Point Balance
  4. First Name
  5. Last Name
  6. Birthday/Month
  7. Address 1
  8. Address 2
  9. City
  10. State
  11. Zip
  12. Existing Rewards Number

Make sure the document is an excel file, txt or csv file. Also include the Clover device you are currently using and the rewards app you are converting from.

If you do not have customer phone numbers or email addresses, we won’t import the data because consumers use their phone number or email addresses to enroll in IndigoCCR. Without this information, they will not match a record.
