Capturing customer information, crafting redemptions and rewarding customers are completely free with IndigoCCR. While some businesses find this is all they need to grow their business, most benefit from text and email communications to advertise the rewards program and send marketing messages.

IndigoCCR offers a Free subscription for those testing the product or only wants to use IndigoCCR for the rewards functionality. For businesses who want to engage with their customers through text/email communication, the most economical option is to upgrade your subscription. Business owners can choose from 4 subscription tiers depending on the type of communication favored and the number sent every month: Free, Email, Email & Text and Value.


To upgrade your subscription, follow the instructions below.

  1. Login to the Clover Dashboard.
  2. Click “More Tools” located on the left side of the page.
  3. Click “My Apps” located at the upper right of the page.
  4. On the “My Apps” page, make sure the filter is selected to “Apps by 3rd party developers”. Click the 3 vertical dots under the “Actions” column for the IndigoCCR app.
  5. Click “Change Subscription” and select your desired subscription plan.
  6. Click “Change”.

“When Should I Upgrade to a Paid Subscription?”

It is entirely up to the business owner on if or when they should upgrade their billing plan. However, if you are consistently running out of message credits before they are replenished at the beginning of the month or loading funds to your account, then consider upgrading your subscription.
