Relative Dates
It is important to remember that recurring messages should be sent for Relative dates.
For example, you implement a Birthday redemption where customers receive a discount between 5 days before their birthday and 5 days after their birthday. You will create two recurring communications that will be sent 5 days before their birthday and 4 days after their birthday.
